My Favorite Poem read by Dr. Spencer Reid *-*

I'm just head over heels for this reading. I've loved this poem ever since I first read this in high school and now I love it even more! Seriously, Matthew doesn't have an extraordinary voice. I just can't stop giggling and getting googly-eyed over the image of his face reading this extraordinarily lovely work to me. *melting*  I'm listening to this on repeat! Wahahaha!

The Umbrella

"I'm late," she muttered exasperatedly to herself.  "... again! This is unbelievable!" And she tried to walk more briskly than before.  "Darn rain. As if I don't have enough problems already. Why can't you cut me some slack?! Huh!?" she angrily yelled at the gloomy skies above her head. "And this umbrella won't cooperate, too! Great!" as she remembered how the gadget refused to close when she was about to board the jeepney a few minutes ago. At that moment, though, the girl was walking by the side of the road and trying not to lose the said gadget to the strong winds.  Then she spied a small and slightly slumped figure ahead of her... trying to hold on to the only protection she could find to keep out the relentless drizzle--a small unmarked plastic shopping bag.  Gripped by guilt, the girl was suddenly speechless and a little humbled, all at the same time.  Then an idea struck her as suddenly as the speechlessness did.
